SILMO ISTANBUL COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

Entrance Security
We require all employees, exhibitors and visitors to enter the fair area after a HES code and identity check and prohibit risky cases from entering the area.
Enhanced Hygiene
We provide maximum hygiene for all our guests with our disinfection stations that we are going to set up in common areas.
Social Distance
We are adjusting the capacities and space of the common areas in the fair to ensure social distance. We enforce the usage of masks to cover the mouth and nose along with the necessary warnings to avoid close contacts between people such shaking hands and hugging as well as encouraging a distance of at least 1 meter.
Ventilation
We adjust the ventilation units in our area according to the seasonal conditions in order to ensure the fresh air flow at the maximum level and we constantly monitor the ventilation system. We carry out regular disinfection after fair hours.
Health Services
We keep ambulance and health teams ready for action at all times during the settlement, activity and dismantling periods of the fair.
Fairground plan regarding social distance
The corridor spaces in the fairground will be planned to be minimum of 3 meters and the exhibitor stands will be spaced out in a way that allows proper air flow.
Food Services
Restaurants and cafes in the fairground will make use of disposable forks, knives, spoons, salt, pepper and napkins while the food will be served and consumed according to hygiene rules.
Staff Training
We train all our employees regarding the COVID-19 measures as we create task distribution and emergency action plans.
